We took a very windy and stormy Saturday and Sunday and went to visit two of the builders at one of their model homes that was near the condo. We wanted to use it as a more informal visit. So while we had the full question list in mind, we didn’t actually set to ask all the questions on the list. It was more of an informal visit. We wanted to sort of get to know the new home consultant and find out more about the company, their philosophies and things like that. We did ask a few of the questions though as the conversation would go in certain ways. Our goal, aside from getting to know them a little bit, was to work to narrow our list of four down to a list of two. We went and talked to Tim O’Brien Homes and Belman Homes.
