Lots of…Well…Lots

It’s now 2023, which doesn’t seem like it should be a thing already, but here it is. Back to work, and back to continuing on the adventures of building a new home. We have started to look at some lots on our own and have gotten the first couple MLS reports with some lots on them as well.

The minimal requirements list that we’ve been using so far for our lot look has been as follows:

  • 1/2 an acre or more
  • Easy access to the freeway
  • 30 minutes or less for me to get to work
  • No preference if it’s well/septic or city sewer

A few new lots have popped into the Inbox in the last couple of days, so we’ll be going to check them out this weekend likely.
